In light of ongoing developments with the Coronavirus, we’re making further changes to the way we provide bereavement support to our clients.
We have suspended face-to-face bereavement support for the foreseeable future. Instead, our support for both new and existing clients will be by telephone only. This change includes our support services for both Adults and Children & Young People.
Our enquiry line (668191) for new referrals will be open from 9am-12 noon every weekday, with voicemail being available at all other times. Our Administration team are working from home and will respond to any messages as soon as they can, hopefully within 24 hours.
At the moment, we have a waiting time of around two weeks until one of our Bereavement Volunteers is likely to become available. However, we hope it’s understandable that this waiting time may change.
