Covid-19: changes to our service

Service Update: 19 April 2021

Following the ending of the lockdown in March and April 2021, our office has now reopened and we are offering face-to-face support again to both new and existing clients. Anyone who has been having telephone or online face-to-face sessions during the lockdown can continue with those if they’d like, and you’ll be able to discuss this with your volunteer. For any clients who preferred to wait for the lockdown to end before starting their face-to-face support, we will be in touch with you to arrange an appointment as soon as we can. If you’d like to register for support, you can contact us on 668191 (9am—midday weekdays, voicemail at all other times) or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
