Cruse Bereavement Care Isle of Man (Cruse IOM) is a charity that provides emotional and practical support for adults, children and young people who have been bereaved.
We are looking to appoint a part-time Assistant Administrator to help deliver the smooth running of the administration, to support direct service delivery and volunteer support in Cruse IOM.
This role includes dealing sensitively with telephone, post and email enquiries and carrying out administrative tasks associated with all client work for children, young people and adults.
Applicants will have at least one years’ experience of providing administration assistance in an office environment. Experience of dealing with vulnerable or distressed people on the phone or by email and have experience working with databases including inputting data accurately. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required and a track record of discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
The post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
